Course Description

After completing this course you will be able to investigate and resolve incidents in connection with software and hardware available within the workplace and the provision of assistance to users to enable them to make effective use of such software and hardware and any relevant dependencies.

You will be able to manage workflow; installing and configuring desktop operating systems and applications; and troubleshooting desktop operating system issues, desktop application issues, and desktop networking and connectivity issues. You will be able to install and configuring hardware devices and drivers (including mobile and personal devices), troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers (including mobile and personal devices), escalating complex issues to the appropriate administrator (for example, Network Administrator and make necessary changes to end-user desktops, and re-imaging end-user desktops on an as-needed basis
