Course Description
Bill delivers a masterclass in developing your skills as an Entry Level IT professional specialising in Comptia A+ . You will be shown how to install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software. Bill will show you how to install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware. Bill will then give you the knowledge to troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems and make repairs and corrections where required.
In fact the massive amounts of knowledge you will gain from this course will ensure that whoever you end up working for, you will be called upon to act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data; staff a help desk to facilitate exchange of information and advice and thus solve user problems.
