Our Certification Pass Guarantee
If within 180 days of purchase, you fail any certification exam twice after you have completed our training material for that exam, simply send or fax us the test results and a refund will be promptly issued for the cost of the Exams.
To activate the certification guarantee, you must do the following. Before taking your first exam, you must achieve 95% on your certification test simulator a minimum 3 times (three) consecutively for that specific exam). If you fail your first exam, you must inform LiveTrain Learning Solutions Ltd within 48 hours and send your test results as proof. Before you take the 2nd exam, you must have fulfilled all the objectives of the LiveTrain Learning Solutions Ltd Action Plan.
